I WAS VERY EXCITED ABOUT THE SPROUL BUT THAT WAS SHORTLY LIVED. MY NEIGHBORS PLAY LOUD MUSIC AND JUMP ALL NIGHT I'VE COMPLAINED AND THE NOISE CONTINUES. THE WINDOWS ARE WORST THAN POOR, AS MUCH AS WE PAY FOR RENT WE SHOULD HAVE BETTER WINDOWS BECAUSE OUR MONEY IS GOING OUT THE WINDOWS--LITERALLY SINCE WE PAY ALSO FOR HEAT/GAS.....OVERALL THE STAFF IS PROFESSIONAL AND I LIKE MY APARTMENT BUT THE SPROUL COULD BEAUTIFY THE BUILDINGS/GROUNDS AND PUT OUR MONEY INTO THE APARTMENTS WE LEASE.

I agree about the windows. Especially since WE are paying for it. I like the apartment otherwise also.
