I would also like to thank the GHOST writer who is no longer a GHOST, you guys have not figured out its CWES44. They went on almost all the reviews and had something to say.I also am not a friend or family memeber of Dawn's. This person is so unhappy that I also feel bad for them. Just think this person took time and money to try and bring someone down and now that it has back fired on them they want to make an excuse. My mother and I have lived here for a very long time and I can say that Dawn is the best manager this place has had and believe me we have experinced several. This young lady has even come to my apartment to see the issues for herself and got on the phone in my presence and contacted the appropriate parties, and the job was done the next day. I have never had a problem with getting anything done. She even called me the next day to ask if the job was completed to my liking. That has never happened with the past managers. I beleive that Dawn is stern but fair. She must stand her ground with some of these crazy people around here, she has a gentle way of getting her point across, she has done it with me. I am sure she gets some real nuts like CWES44 that makes her job hell. I also think Dawn should get a lawyer and sue whoever CWES44 is.
Dawn, if you read this you are doing a great job and I think you are a nice person.

I like it here too, i have been here for about 5 years, i moved in before Dawn was manager. And she is doing a fantastic job. Since she has become manager, our building (Donaldson) has gotten new washer/dryers in the laundry room, new paint in the hallways, new carpet in the hallways. I have alse seen Dawn picking up trash next to the dumpster that some tenenats leave after their trash fall has fallen on the ground and they don't pick it up. She really cares about this place unlike the previous management that has passed through here. When I moved in, I was told that I didn't need new carpets (they were so dirty and stained with cat pee, and other kinds of stains), and they refused to replace them. And when Dawn became managemer, I complained once and got new carpets within a week! Dawn if you are reading this I think you are by far the best management Gov Sproul has hired.
