The apartment itself is a nice size. There is a ton of storage space. There are no bugs except for the very occasional spider. We had a new dishwasher and oven ready for us when we moved in, so that was nice. The rugs were in good condition for the most part.The windows are very cheap and let in A LOT of cold air in the winter. Our heating bill was outrageous even though i kept it at a moderate 66 degrees ($180 a month!!!). The hot water for the shower doesn't seem to last very long, so expect a 10 min shower at the most. We never had to have anyone do any maintenance repairs, luckily, so we never had the priviledge of having to wait for someone to do them. The hallway rugs are kind of nasty, but the outside grounds, especially the middle courtyard is very nice and kept up with. The laundry room is never busy when i do my cleaning. Parking is great for us because we live off the horseshoe parking, so we walk right out from our patio doors to our car about 15 feet away. It seems like if you live somewhere else in that complex, parking might be scarce. We never had to call management for anything, but then again, we are not really nit-picky people, or those who are bothered easily. The only things that bother us really are the things that neighbors do every so often like throw trash off of their balconies sometimes or let their loud kids run the hallways, but again, it is only sometimes. The only thing I really wish the management would do is put in sufficient windows, pick up the trash on ALL grounds on daily basis (because we always have to pick it up), and plow the parking lots better when it snows. Other than that, it is a very ample sized, nice, safe apartment to live in.
