well lets see... when (Tom) the man who was running the show died.. things went down hil BIG time. In the winter you have to worry if your kids are going to be warm enough when the heat is off at least 3-4 times per month, as well as wondering if someone is going to cut the grass, and maintain the buidings locks, lights, and current conditions. Then to top it off you can havean uncontrolable amount or (A) either rodents, like me, or my neighbors. Hmm how about 19 mice, or roaches' Well I have lived in many places, states, and apartments. Trust me do yourself a favor and find a better, place where you don't have to wonder when your kid is going to find a crack pipe on the ground, or wonder why the marple police are so occationaly here.

You have got to be kidding! LC used to be great! I lived in the back building around 2004-2005 and it was great! Although we did have a flood, but they made a lot of improvements. I never saw the grass unkept or the buildings in disrepair and there were no infestations nor crime! What happened there? I heard the place was sold and it sounds like that is when it went downhill. Who is the manager?
