The parking lot has no lights and there have been more than 3 cars whose tires have been robbed.

You can find numerous reports about complaints regarding this apartments if you call the Broomall Police Department and the Marple County Township.

When we filed the police report, the police told about a break-in that was reported in the apartment about a week ago.

Someone trashed their couch in the lobby of the apartment about 4 months ago and it still sits out there stinking.

The office in the building is all the way at the back and unoccupied most of the time.

And dont forget their reaction when you tell them something bad that happened to you at the apartment..

It's "Oh..

we are so sorry".

Also, they never report any events that occur in the apartment to the tenants.

So much for the customer-comes-first theory.

Their apartments are spacious and I have been here for almost 2 years now.

However, I think it is not worth your while cause I have spent so much time calling and complaining and following up on stuff they have screwed up.

I am leaving this apartment at the end of my lease.

Hopefully you are not renting it..
