I am an elderly woman and I have had a hole in my ceiling now for 6 months. I dont have the money to move out and I am on a fixed income and it just costs to much for vans moving people and security deposits.

the maintenance here is horrible. this hole has been here for 6 months and I keep calling to get it fixed and they seem to get mad at me when I call and ask them to send someone over.

the people who own this property own several properties in the area but dont hire enough maintenance people to fix anything.

also during the winter there was no heat and i got very sick a number of times. it wasnt unusual to see other tenants walking around with gloves and winter coats indoors.
