UNDER NEW MGMT/SAME AS THE OLD!!!!!! don't care on bit about the tenants pretend to be working to make the place better!!!! none of the improvements are completed the place is a disgrace!!! converted to electic baseboard heat that the tenants now pay and put hot water heaters in the units that you now pay averages $200 to $250 amonth in electric bill not to metion that they just put them on the walls covered electrial outlets and phone jacks and left the old baseboard on the wall looks lovely. also but a beautiful electrical box on your wall with the wire exposed that they claimed they were going to frame and cover and never have. still have holes in my walls from running the electrical wires. they have also recently tried to not light the hallways by putting little lamps on the walls in the hallway that the tenants pay to light!!!! can wait to get out of here am looking and will report them to the township when i do!!!!!!!!!

I live here too and I completely agree with you. there is not enough space to decribe how bad this place is. I cant wait to move too. you forgot to mention that even the workers here dont like the people they work for they say that the management is lazy and dont get up till late afternoon when there are supposed to be controlling what goes on around here. ha its so funny when I see the luxury apartment sign outside. I just wish more people that lived here would post their opinions too. this place sucks!
