i lived in thsi building for 2 yaers and it was terriable it's in a good part of tow, but the management is terriable she is never in, and the owner don't wantt o fork out the money for repairs.
they like that government money every month and they raise your rent every year.for a trashy place tolive...i think something needs to be done with the tending of their tendents and fix ups.it took them 6 montshj to repair a piece of roof from my neighbors apt, during the winter months, and she still had to pay rent to live there , it was totally a unliveable condition.
