I've lived here off & on for a majority of my life. When I was younger, it wasn't the ideal place, but people still did their indescresions behind closed doors. In the past 5 or so years, the community that I grew up in has taken a turn for the worse. Just about any societal ill is on display for all to see. It's sad really. This used to be a very tight knit place. Now, it's a crab barrel. It's going through a very difficult point in time, where it's the focal point for all the terrible conditions that exist in Fayette Co. Sadly, there is no ray of hope trying to push through the darkness. I can only pray the place where I grew up makes a huge 180. If not, it will sadly be only a memory to me in the future.
