Jefferson wasnt bad - Yeah, when I moved into building 9, it wasnt that appealing but as soon as we cleaned the place up a bit and decorated, it turned into home. managemnet sucks i lived in thsi building for 2 yaers and it was terriable it´s in a good part of tow, but the management is terriable she is never in, and the owner don´t wantt o fork out the money for repairs.
