I wouldn't recommend this building to anyone. The parking is insufficient; if you are not able to procure one of the few spots available in the driveway, you will be forced to walk either to Merion Ave. or to Lancaster on the other side of the train tracks, in either case, a walk that is never convenient, especially late at night. Additionally, my apartment is infested with mice. The management company has done close to nothing to help with the situation, aside from install new traps. The building is mostly undergrads, despite the fact the management company said it was not, which means a lot of noise, to say the least.
