Living at the Bryn Mawr Gables is essentially like living in hell. Never once have I turned on the heat b/c my apt. is so hot I have to keep my windows open year round... speaking of which, it's February and my apartment is currently 83.1 degrees.
The parking situation is absolutely horrible. When promised a place to park upon signing a lease, it took them 2 more months to actually follow through.. it was for a building 2 blocks up the street. Thanks! Not only that.. but for the past year and a half I've had to complain once a month b/c someone is always parked in my spot--the one two blocks from my apt. that they charge me $65 a month for. Meanwhile, brand new tennants in my building are getting spaces right outside. How courteous..
Lastly, I've had problems with roaches in my kitchen, and bathroom. It's completely disgusting...
