Conwyn Arms

I have lived here for going on 2 years now, here's what i can say from my experience. Yes, the building is old, yes the elevators are potential lawsuits, and yes if you on the top floor, the building's heat is not always the best... but there are many upsides to living here. Location, train access, utilities included (even Cable), you can paint the the walls of your apartment, animal friendly, no students (except the occasional 'nova law or bryn mawr post-bacs), parking is decent except when it snows alot, the maitanence crew is very quick to respond, and the management is fairly lenient with most of their policies. The people who live here are friendly for the most part... I got new appliances and carpet when i moved in, not to mention they just installed new windows throughout the entire building last spring (2006). overall, i would have to say this is a nice building to live in, i lived at the 429 apartments before here, didnt like them as much simply due to the horrible plumbing... that has never been a problem here, so im happy!!! hope this helps with your decision
