The building's electricty is so old that you can't run the dishwasher and microwave at the same time without losing power.
Additionally, although the building advertises that they have an emergency number, it is not for true emergencies.
Be prepared to wait for hours for anyone to respond to your call.
Even though this may be considered one of the cheaper apartment buildings, it is not worth all the hassles.
The building cuts corners in order to make your rent cheaper.
Imagine having a doorknob missing from one of the entrances to the building for days before it gets fixed...any one can walk into the building.
I would not recommend this apartment building or any of the ones owned by this company.

I agree with above comments!!! Great location but the building is very old and not taken care of appropriately!!! Having problems with mice which is sooooo disgusting!!!! I have to say the maintenance staff is very nice but they need additional help!!!!I would not reccommend building unless you have a dog and can't find another apt in the area!!!!
