The location is great and that s about the only thing that is right about this place. Price is high and they increase it all the time. Insulation is terrible so if you are in the first floor expect very long sleepless nights if your upstairs neighbors are noisy. Parking is impossible so expect to park way out in the street. Laundry rooms are dirty and not located in every building so if you are unlucky you might have a long walk with you laundry basket. The worst of all is the management team, they are all a bunch a liars, they say something to you one day and quite the opposite the day after, as needed they would come up with excuses such as that they don t remember even talking to you. They are dishonest and treat you as if you were an idiot. I don t recommend this place all at.
