Living Here Should Be A Fear Factor Stunt

Installation of new windows left literally piles of dust in the apartment--which they wouldn?t clean up. New heat/AC (which they ripped through the walls and took away most of the storage to install) continues to blow dust through the apartment. COLD COLD COLD in the winter--heat doesnt help. MOLD, big time. Rude and uncaring management. Paper thin walls and ceilings--if anybody walks on the floor above you, it sounds like they are next to you. Entryways are rarely cleaned. Storage areas smell of cat droppings and often have standing water. We have switched storage units three times--second one flooded with the rainfall coming in through the storage door which doesnt lock (none of them do). Don?t live here unless you want to pay too much money for inadequate housing. P.S.--no longer called the Broadlawn, now is Home Properties of Bryn Mawr.
