Although pricey, you're getting the best. My apartment is clean and well-cared-for. The windows, kitchen, bathroom, and heat/air are all new. The complex is quiet, safe, and beatifully landscaped. The location is great too - close to transportation, downtown Bryn Mawr, library, church, and shopping. Also, the maintenance is great. I had 3 problems when i first moved in, and they were all fixed the following day. I have no complaints about this apartment complex - just try to get a 2nd floor apt - I can hear the people upstairs a bit.
