Not a very helpful rental office. I lost power and their quote was, "it is not our problem." They recently replaced windows and doors, were unwilling to attempt to schedule with tenants as to what to do with pets during construction, "not our problem," if you are a student, expect to have your apartment loud and difficult to study in during final exams, on a positive note, parking is ample, the pool is nice, but your rent will constantly increase to pay for the improvements they are making.....once the improvements are done it will be a nice to place to live as long as you don't need anything from the rental office.
