My roommate and I lived here from May 2004 to August 2005 and we loved it. We found it to be a very safe place with a TON of parking. The management people were always incredibly nice and helpful. Maintenance ALWAYS would come within 30 minutes of the phone call made that something needed to be repaired and were always friendly and would never come into your apartment without your permission to be there. I only have two complaints: one, the walls are thin and we could hear the upstairs neighbor whenever she walked around in her high heel shoes; two, our apartment was on the first floor and over the laundry room so when they were renovating it we could hear most of the construction (which really wasn't that bad b/c we'd be in class for most of it). Overall it's a great place with a great price in a very nice suburban area and I was sad to leave. I now work in the city and trying to find a nice, safe, and affordable place either in the city or somewhere nearby is very hard, Home Prop of Bryn Mawr was definitely a blessing, good luck!
