If you are over 19- do not live there.

Home Properties was orginally sold as a place for law students, families, and young professionals. Definitely no more. They now allow undergrads to live there and LIE ABOUT IT when asked. It's loud, filthy, and the management is not only a joke, but completely rude. We constantly complain about the trash, the noise, and nothing ever happens. Random cars make the parking lot full on Friday and Saturday- good luck trying to find a spot by your house. They raised the rent every year we were there and went from gas/heat included to having it not included- when we were already in the apartment! The utilities are out of control because the apartments are so old and drafty. The pool was nice until the undergrads moved in and now you can't find a seat and you definitely won't find anyone without a beer there! There are so many nicer places on the mainline- DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
