Dormitory

Websites such as this tend to be a haven for sour grapes, but I post my thoughts with no personal axe to grind. My honest experience is as follows:
I have lived in this community for almost a year and am anxious for my lease's expiration. The community is largely populated with undergrads living in shared arrangements, which equates to disturbances beyond anyone's tolerance. The preceding posts mention the noise, especially on the first floor and I have to agree it is very bad. The kids have created a dorm-like living experience to the degree that management sent a letter to all tenants warning of the police's intention to monitor the community! The multitude of kids and their frequent guests have also made parking an impossible task.
Additionally, I specifically asked, prior to signing my lease, if undergrads live in this community and was assured that they only permitted grad students. It is not often that I complain, but I felt compelled to spare those reading this post the agony of this dorm hall.
