Be cautious if you are considering to move in. I've moved in for 3 months now and do not like how they treat
1)Actual rental cost is higher than fully disclosed. Ask about water and sewage, see what they say.
2)Raised the question with them about their agents failing to disclose all cost during prospecting phase. their response was, "well, you signed the lease". they missed the entire point. you are responsible for your agents representation. just look up cases against merill lynch & morgan stanley.
3)unit is large and okay. appears to be lots of shoddy repair work. chips and dents in floor; paint dripping all over what use to be nice wood floor;
4) no complaints about noise or parking; you shouldn't expect quietude in a large complex with 18-20 something.
5)they are rapid in wanting their money, but slow on repair requests. they actually made 2 visits to my unit, but didn't put in a shelf for the medicine cabinet. this was 2.5 months ago and 2 conversations later. They never called either.
6)insulation between up and down units much poorer than you'd think.
