No where to park

I have lived here for three years. It used to be nice, now there is a new management team and they haven't been doing a very good job. Parking is terrible. If you get home after 8:00 pm there is no place to park. They have either over-rented or do not care if a few college students have party guests that take up all the resident parking. They will not issue permits or anything. The only thing they tell you is that you are not the only one having a problem with the parking. My recommendation is that if you have a car, rent somewhere else.

It's not true that there is nowhere to park. I've been living here for 3 years and I have never once failed to find a parking space. Maybe what this person is trying to say is that sometimes you may have to walk more than 50 feet from your car door to you front door.

I have been finding that everyone I have spoken with in this development is having the same problem, so perhaps you get home early and don't leave or run out after a certain time. Either way, I am not all that satisfied and I am finding there is nowhere to park, everyone is entitle to their own opinion.
