Worst place to live for the money

What a crappy living situation. Throughout my four moths here many things have needed repair: broken ceiling fan, paint splots on all floors, broken kitchen drawer, cracked walls, broken toilet handle, fire alarms, doors didn't close, hinge broken on cabinet under bathroom sink, and so much more. Not only are all of the appliances and fixtures crap but the staff is rude. They total all water, heat and sewer and split the cost between the residents. Very unfair for people who use less heat and water. If you are a student and gone for vacations and breaks, you are charged for everyone else's heat and water. I truly hate Home Properties and think they falsely advertise.

These pictures are out dated. The place is amazing here. This is a great place to stay before you buy your first house. Radnor is the school district and the surrounding area is rated one of the most expensive places to live in the USA- from yahoo.com- 2009-June

whoever wrote that response probably works for home properties. whatever you do--avoid this place at all costs. living here will make you regret the second you signed your lease.
