Better than other places I have been

I have been living here since April, and so far I like it a lot better than the other places I have been to. The service requests are a little slow, but if you speak up you get a refund for every day they are late in responding to your request (Just like they say in their "pledge"). All you have to do is fill out a form, and somebody will call or e-mail you about your issue.

The only real problems that I have with this place is that the office is very disorganized, but to be honest I haven't lived anywhere where this hasn't been an issue. Just keep track of what you owe, and what you have paid yourself. Trust me it will save a lot of headache. There is also a little bit of an issue with parking, but its not as bad as some of the reviews clame it is. There are a few parkinglots off to the side of the main roads in the complex that people don't take advantage of. Most people just park on the street, so it always seems as if there is no parking.

The grounds are kept up very nicely, and there are charcoal grills placed near picnic tables throughout the complex. This makes for a great place to hold larger family gatherings if your apartment is on the smaller side.

I also have to say that when I signed my lease, I signed during their off season. Now that the school year has come around again, and college students are looking for places to live, the apartments are a bit more expencive. If you can, try to sign your lease in the spring or early summer. This is when all of the college students are moving out and they are hurting for clients. Their leasing prices/month will reflect this. I got my apartment for over $100 cheeper than I would if I signed during the fall, AND I have a dog.

There are college students that live here, but most of them are in law school and keep pretty quiet. I live in a building with three college students (two next to me and one above me), and I have not had a problem yet. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
