I've read some of the critics about this apartment and I can't believe, what peole are telling about the maintenance. It's the worst, I've ever seen.
- The balconies are rusty
- In the aisles lots of damaged lamps
- The same in the laundry room
- Water pipes are damaged
- Balconies are damaged and leaky

Another fact about the management: Management doesn't tell you when countersigning the rental contract about use of lead paint in the building.

Rita reacts only, when she's called, things like damaged lamps are tolerated by her.

Several tennants say, the apartments are worse, but they stay cause of the spacious rooms.
