Are you good with follow-up'

You'll definitely need it! Rita, the Property Manager, is very nice but she requires so many follow-up calls that you might as well have stock in the phone company.
Apartments are wonderful in size. If you're lucky to get a quiet neighbor, life will be wonderful. But most of the apartment is put together with "patchwork". Renovated bathrooms and kitchens equals "paint over existing fixtures". Hardwood floors are in such poor shape that you'll want to get them 80% covered, as they require. Don't be fooled by the gleam that exists when they first clean it for you. Just walk on it for a while and you'll see what I mean.
Parking - well you better have only one car. There are very limited spaces available for guests. If you have two cars in the family, you'll need to sell one!
Great access to transportation as the R100 is across the street. But have you ever been to 69th St terminal''' If you have, I don't think I need to say more.
But all of this is "covered" by Rita, who I must say is a very nice person. Or at least, she's good at making you feel like she is by asking all about you and your family and really showing that she cares with her examples of how "she's been there". But don't be fooled - it's all about Sales - and I'm learning this the hard way!
