I have lived in this place for over a year and the first day I moved in I made a list of things that needed to be fixed. I am still waiting for most of those things to be done. They decided to make the bathrooms look nice by putting in a white toilet and painting the bathtub white. Well the people that did it didn't do a good job and our tub doesn't drain because of all the paint and other crap that went down it. I shower with water halfway up my shins. This leaves the tub with soap scum all over it. Don't think about shaving in the shower because the hair will be caked on the sides of the tub afterwards. They will send the maintenance man to plunge the tub, but the problem doesn't go away. I need a real plumber to come and fix it!!! The light fixture in the bathroom doesn't work right an this is a safety hazard. The inspector came and actually said it was and that it needed to be fixed. That was over six months ago and it still hasn't been fixed. Rita (the office manager) is a liar. She is constantly saying I've been on them for months to fix that or she will write you letters with complete lies in them. You have to constantly go to her office or call her and remind her that things need to be fixed. Either there is a lack of communication between her and Craig (the maintenance man) or she just ignores your requests. Don't even think about calling the emergency hotline. You get rude operators who won't do anything until the third phone call. There has also been a dead bird right next to the main entrance for three weeks and no one has removed it. The lobby floods every time there is rain and if you try to go out the front door when it's raining you will have a waterfall come down on your head. You can hear everything happening above you if you live on the first of second floor. My neighbor is always walking around with heals on and I can hear every move she makes. Many times the lights are not turned on outside at night and this makes for a dangerous situation. If the lights are not on the parking lot is pitch black. Also, the other tenants are rude. The woman across the hall from me runs in her apartment and locks her door when she sees me coming down the hall. The laundry room is terrible. The machines rarely work well, if at all. This is a poorly put together apartment building and I would strongly recommend living somewhere else.
