We?ve loved it for 3 years!

Apartments are open and spacious, and in very good condition. Large balconies off of the living room. Our balcony faces a courtyard, so it is peaceful and quiet (some face the parking lot). Cement ceilings and thick walls so we rarely hear any sound from our neighbors(we are on the 2nd floor). Location convenient to shopping (only 3 blocks to chic Lancaster Ave. shopping and restaurants) and highway access (476 is 5-10 minutes away). Acme and 7-11 within walking distance. Trolley line into 69th street right behind building and regional rail 2 minutes away. Neighbors are professional and nice. Maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and with no hassle. The building manager (Rita) is wonderful! Friendly, knowledgable, and always willing to help. Maintenance staff is also top notch. Problems fixed quickly and correctly. They just repainted and are in the process of putting in new rugs. Snow is taken care of well: parking lot plowed as the snow falls and lots of salt laid down. Rent is good for the area (around $900 for 1 bed. and $1200 for 2 bed 1 ba).
Not much visitor parking is one of the few problems.
We highly recommend it!
