there's good and there's bad

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
The good:
The apartments are spacious. Definitely huge for the price and the area.
Office staff is very courteous and friendly.
Cats are allowed without any deposits or monthly fee, and you can hammer as many nails in the walls as you like.
There's a parking lot.
The bad:
The walls are paper thin, especially within the apartment. Even with both our doors closed, I can hear everything that goes on in my roommate's bedroom.
The heat is supposedly individually controlled. True to an extent, but our heater really only has two settings - off, and 78 degrees.
There's a parking lot, yeah - but each apartment gets only one assigned space, even the two bedrooms. If it's not your turn to use the parking space, you better not come home after nine - the lot will be full.
It's an okay place to live, and I wouldn't warn anyone away. But I won't be missing it after I leave.
