Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
As with others, I'll do a good/bad:
Good: Spacious, nice kitchen, balcony, parking spot (good for single, sucks for double).
Bad: I could stand in the hallway and hear my TV just as well as if I was 2 feet from it. The walls might as well not be there. The fan that is perpetually on makes a ton of noise, and can't just be turned off, only to "auto." The third floor is a nightmare because they don't even fan the hallways. Hotwire cable and internet are awful. At least half the dryers don't actually dry anything.
