In Rita's defense, she does a decent job with things. It can be irritating at times, though, as she has really no control over the complex. She can get things fixed, but if there is a legitimate problem, that's just the way it is.
No one likes Hotwire. No one. They offer basic cable, and expanded basic (which means HBO). No digital. They offer dsl with a max speed of 100kbs. That's it. They offer basically zero customer service. There is no outgoing mailbox, anywhere. The washers and dryers are half broken, and have been since June.
The "beautiful" hardwood floors are probably the same onces since the place opened, as you can't take two steps without them creaking. God forbid if you live on the first two floors and the person above you hasn't carpeted the entire apartment (which, by the way, you are required to do).
I suppose if you are an older couple, this might be a good place to live. That is, if you don't need good internet or cable, don't mind listening to a fan that requires you to turn your television WAY up to hear it, which in turns informs the entire hall as to what you are listening to.
