Decent Value for the Area

Wherever you go on the Main Line, housing is expensive, but Radcliff House does offer decent value for the area. Aparments are very spacious, and the rent includes heat, hot water, and gas. Many other apartments in the area offer less space and are more expensive. It's also convenient to Rte. 30, I-476 and the SEPTA R-100 trolley. It's not all perfect, as others have said, the parking can be a pain if you have more than one car, the A/C and heating fans are very loud, the washers/dryers break frequently, and the Hotwire cable/internet is expensive and the signal gets knocked out every time there is a storm. Overall though, if you're looking in the Main Line area, its not a bad option since the location is good and the rent is reasonable compared to nearby places. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
