It's OK, but I've lived better

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
Radwyn Apts is okay. The complex is about 32 years old which is the oldest place I have ever lived. Unfortunately, I have more complaints than compliments. Below are the complaints I have:
* Took 2 month's rent as security deposit
* Took 1 month to resolve ant problem
* 1st floor Washer & Dryer, vents heat directly into apartment resulting in higher A/C bills and higher living room humidity.
* Water shutoff valves for bathrooms located in closet. If these valves ever have major leaks, you clothes could be ruin.
* Due to inferior electrical wiring, running a few appliances will trip circuit breakers.
* Office personnel can be rude at times.
* Noisy water pipes from surrounding apartments.
Compliments are as followed:
* Close to SEPTA train and off main line.
* Plenty of parking and mostly quiet.
