Apartment was like new on move-in day, newly painted and grouted...in great shape. Management responds quickly to maintenance requests and maintains the grounds well, and seems to value trees (old and new) more than any other landlord I have known. Quiet area that seems very safe (nothing stolen in yard, deck, or apartment since moving in two years ago). For those of us who value diversity in age, ethnicity, and cultural background, it is a great place to live.





Was shocked to read one bigoted review (why was this included'). Those who fear diversity should probably move in with their parents, that way they can be assured that they are near people who are similar, familiar, acceptable.
