not bad, poor attitute of leasing office staff

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
I lived in there for 3 years. It is a nice and safe place with good school district. But the attitude of leasing office staff and general manager are very poor.
Buildings are old, and sound proof is very poor and neither is insulation. I lived with my family and you could hear everything which you would not want your kids to hear from your neighbour at downstair.
