have enjoyed my stay, but could use an upgrade or 2

Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2007
 
I've been at Radwyn quite a few years, and the staff is always available to help when there is a problem.
I am annoyed at the fact that they want us to pay for kitchen upgrades. New cabinets cost about $30 per month, and their cost to house me has been minimal, so I find this arrangement unacceptable.
