Mice problem
Exhorbitant heat bills (even if you switch off the heater at night)
Impolite office staff

You can survive if you can get an apt which does not have a mice problem, if you freeze during the winter to keep your heat bills down and I don't even want to talk abt the office staff.....

There are similar apt communities around in Bryn Mawr / Rosemont, but I'm not sure whether they are as bad as the RADWYN.
