This one has not been addressed yet - how many of the tenants get late charges' You can't pay the bill in the office, you have to mail it to them. Then you get a late fee, but you can't prove you sent it. So I recommend all of you start sending it registered mail to prove you sent it/they got it. It isn't just Radwyn, it is ALL three of their apartments! We had this problem where we mailed in the gas bill with the rent check, and guess what - they cashed the gas check fine, but the rent check was gone!! It is just another scam for them to make some extra money. I am sure it has happened, or will happen to you before you leave!!
