Great schools and the place has a great play ground where all the kids come out to play after school. It is very safe and my two kids play outside everyday and LOVE IT!!

The pool is nice too but you need to pay a lot to use. I think they should mention that in their ads.

The office staff is pretty nice but nothing to rave about. The maintenance staff is very friendly and excellent. As far as apartments go I think this place is GREAT.

One thing I don't understand is why they make us pay to clean the carpet after we move out even when they plan to install new ones. I think it is a waste of time and money.

Oh, and the gas heating bill can get pretty high in the winter.
