My son just moved in a few weeks ago and I still can't thank the administrator, Anne, more for everything she helped us with!!! The building is not new but in excellent conditions, the apartment looks like new, the view is beautiful (to a small park), three elevators...which is very convenient! The laundry room is clean and functional. Parking is pretty good too. The price is SUPERB because not only you get a good apartment but also ALL utilities included which makes it a great deal but, best of all I have to say that Anne, the administrator of the building, goes the extra mile to "make the difference". She not only directs a professional and supportive maintenance crew but also goes out of her way to help make your move peaceful, effective and a happy experience! I am so glad we found Anne and the Rosemont and hope that my son stays there for many years to come...
