The Rosemont Plaza is a wonderful place to live. The building manager takes each and every tenant under her wing and goes above and beyond what anyone could ask for to help do anything.

The maintenance staff is just as great, takes care of his work orders in a very timely fashion and are very friendly. They also look out for residents.

The complex is always clean, our guys are constantly going around the building and cleaning and tweeking everything!

We are in a prime location, in walking distance to many restaurants and shopping as well as the train. We are also a hop, skip, and a jump from King of Prussia and Plymouth Meeting malls as well as the Blue Route which will quickly get you anywhere.

The apartment is also a good price in an expensive environment... especially because all your utilities are included - including cable that has HBOs!

Living in my apartment is also very quiet. There are concrete fire walls between each and every apartment, and I have only heard a phone ring softly a handful of times in the three years I have lived here. I don't hear TVs or conversations. It's very private.

The other residents that live in this building, I have found, have also been incredibly friendly. It is wonderful to see the array of clientelle who live here, and there is no one genre that is larger than another. There are young professionals, law students (no undergrads, so it's quiet!), med students, young families, and some seniors. We will all look out for each other.

In response to the rating that was anonymously posted on 10-9-05, I have no idea where you live, but it must not be here. I am a woman who works a 3-11 shift and routinely comes home at midnight or later. I park in the parking lot and don't have a second worry about walking to the garage. Radnor Police routinely make rounds and often sit in the parking lot (not because they have to), and I couldn't feel safer here.

And in regards to the sirens, yes, we live near a fire house and hospital. I hardly hear them anymore, and when I do, I use it as a time to be thankful for the men and women who put their lives on the line for us and send a little prayer out to whomever they are going to help. When you hear the sirens, you shouldn't complain, you should be thankful for what you have.

In summary, I enjoy living here so much. It's a beautiful building with a beautiful pool. There are so many ammenities that you don't find elsewhere it makes it feel like home. I would recommend living here to anyone.
