I cannot say enough about this building. Anyone who gives it a bad rating must have some personal issues because in one year I observed numerous tenants of all ages who had happily resided here for years.

Anne Garnett is the most attentive, dedicated, understanding manager I have ever met. Due to her great attitude and care, the rest of the staff, including night security and maintenance, are extremely responsive and trustworthy. There is always safe parking available close to the building (unless you consider a 50 yard maximum "a hike"). The grounds are well-kept, landscaped, and green; the carpeting and paint is always replaced before each tenant and looks great; the lobby is a welcoming and bustling place for local businesses.

As far as value: the size of the apartments, location, quality, view, AC/heat, rent price, noise control, kitchen appliances and size, on-site laundry room, are superb...much better than any other place within 20 miles (believe me, I looked). And then there's the fantastic location: a block from the train station and on Lancaster Ave., a really cool strip of shops and restaurants with private schools and beautiful residential neighborhoods a block off of the strip.

I made many friends at the Rosemont Plaze, especially the wonderful manager Anne who is known to many as the "mother hen" of the building. As long as you are a respectable, responsible adult, the Rosemont Plaza is a gem. I would have stayed if not for some personal health issues, but I hated leaving the Plaza. It was such a wonderful home.

The building is almost always full, so if you can find an available apartment, my best advice is TAKE IT and see for yourself why all of my friends from the surrounding area were jealous of my beautiful, convenient, and safe home at the Rosemont Plaza.
