I've been a resident for about a year and a half, and I don't think I'll move again unless I buy a home. I have a one-bedroom on the East side of the building. It's spacious, the heating and air conditioning are very effective, and there is no noise from any other apartments through the walls. There is noise when our windows are open--but it doesn't ever interfere with my sleeping.

The parking can be hard during the day when the businesses are full. If I do have to leave my car in the back lot, it's well lit and there are now security cameras back there. If I'm coming with a car full of groceries, I always pull into the loading area and fill a cart rather than carry them from my parking spot.

There are so many small courtesies from the staff as well. The manager always remembers my name and apartment number. The part-time staff are extremely helpful. And, the office receives packages for you and holds them until you're home. It's simply a wonderful, friendly place to live. Oh, and I just discovered the informal book exchange in the lobby. What a nice idea.
