I am not the manager I promise haha. Everyone is pretty responsive here when it comes to everything especially maintenance issues. The manager keep in mind plays by the book, so do not expect any deals or discounts in rent or special privileges. I have lived in about 4 different apartments in the philadelphia area and i would have to say this one is by far the best. It is fairly well maintained, and a great value for the money and you definitely cannot beat the location. Laundry room is not the best, could definitely use updating...
