I'm a local graduate student and I have lived in the Rosemont Plaza for nine months, and for the most part, I love it here. The management is wonderful; the manager, Ann, is kind, helpful, and she always responds promptly to any problems. The building itself isn't the most modern or best decorated (although the lobby is nice), but it's very, very clean and everything works (elevators, plumbing, heat/AC, etc.) The outside is also well landscaped and fairly attractive. My apartment (1 bedroom) is also very spacious (the only apartment I looked at with a bedroom that comfortably fit a queen bedroom set) with TONS of closet space. New carpet was installed before I moved in and you can paint-- no need to keep the boring off-white walls. Also, all utilities (including cable and air conditioning) are included in the rent, which is an excellent perk. There's also cheap on-site laundry machines. Location is excellent (2 minute walk from train station, less than 2 miles to 476) and parking is ample.

My only complaint is the NOISE. I think this may just be that I have exceptionally noisy neighbors, because I only hear noise coming from one of the adjacent apartments. But believe me when I say that I HEAR EVERYTHING. At ALL HOURS of the day and night. I'm pretty sure future porn stars live next door. But besides that, it's a comfortable place for a great value on the Main Line.
