Rosemont Plaza

This is a ok looking building from the outside. There is adequate parking though some is a bit of a hike. Important to know is that there are two levels of offices as well as apartments so parking during the day is terrible. Also a number of head doctors have practices here so you will see some strange characters wandering about and they also have full access to the apartment floors.

The biggest problem in this building is noise. The walls a truly paper thin. Your can hear you neighbors conversations not to mention load TVs and stereo systems. Little has been done in the way of maintenance so expect some trouble in that area too. The plumbing fixtures are never repaired so expect some screeching showers and a ton of noise from old plumbing.

The janitors do an ok job but over all the common areas are a bit dirty. The turnover of tenants is tremendous so a good neighbor today can easily be a bad neighbor tomorrow. I have never seen such a turnover in any building before. I only stayed three years because I was getting a law degree and it was five minutes from school. I moved the minute I graduated.

I would not recommend this building if you are bothered by noise or only marginal maintenance. If you need a place for a year or so it might be ok.
