A Lovely Place to Live

The Tedwyn has undergone some management changes in the last few years, but it is still a delightful place to live. I never had any problems with pests, until recently when I heard of it; I then had one experience, complained, and it was resolved.
The laundry room is shared and one knows that before one moves in so why complain; the location, the view, and some delightful residents make this a lovely place to live.
