Nice, except for management

Basically a nice place to live, until you have to deal with the management in any way shape or form. If you have kids, or especially if you are male, you will have trouble from the property manager, Debbie Livermore. She appears nice at first, but will quickly turn on you, usually for no apparent reason. She has called Children & Youth services on residents for nothing more than 'clutter', as she appears to be obsessive-compulsive about housekeeping. Incidentally, housekeeping is one of the most common reasons she will give for trying to evict residents. She also believes that she has the right-and-duty to investigate every aspect of your life at all times. Many of the things done to residents violate state and federal laws, though Debbie has intimidated most everyone into silence. Finally, if you get an apartment on the top floor, you will NEED an air conditioner in the summer. I don't believe the buildings are properly insulated, as temperatures in the third-floor apartments can easily reach 120 degrees (F) in the summer, when outdoor temperatures are no more than 85.
