I have lived here for just over a year and I like it very much. I have had no problems with getting things fixed when they break down, I have no noise complaints, and the apartments themselves are nice. There is only 2 washers/dryers for 24 apartments in each building, which can be hard. But they are cheaper than all the local laundromats...so no complaints there either. Overall, a nice place to live.
